Mental Health : Adults face unique challenges. Many face dramatic changes in their relationships and employment, grief over the loss of loved ones, and changes in their physical health. During COVID-19, these concerns can be magnified. Deeper degrees of isolation, fear about one’s own health, and concerns about family members are just some of the things they may be experiencing. Adults may experience fear about being able to meet their basic needs and anxiety over the constant news cycle.
While there are many challenges, there is also hope and opportunities for adults to support themselves and connect with others. Time to share information about how peer support and peer-delivered services can make an impact on their wellbeing and sense of connection.

Stay Home, Stay Safe

Stay at home and take rest if you have any of the above symptoms. Avoid leaving the house unless it’s an emergency and take necessary precautions while doing so. Maintain a safe distance from others at all times, wear a face mask, and continue to follow hand and face hygiene practices.

If you are facing any of the above symptoms, do not self medicate. Consult a healthcare provider and follow their instructions.

As per the current testing guidelines, COVID-19 testing should be done only on the recommendation of a doctor. If required to be tested, you may choose to get a sample collection done from your home with NABL accredited private testing centres.
